Terms of Service

These terms govern business access to B5 Internet. By creating or using a workspace, you agree to use the platform responsibly and within the limits of your selected plan.

Using the service

You must provide accurate registration information, keep credentials secure, and use B5 Internet only for lawful network operations. You are responsible for your staff accounts, network configuration, customer notices, packages, pricing, and compliance obligations.

Trials, plans, and billing

Public plans include a three-day trial unless otherwise stated. Continued access after a trial requires an active subscription. Plan limits apply to customers, routers, locations, and staff. Prices, billing periods, renewal details, and any gateway charges are shown during checkout or agreed for an enterprise rollout.

Hardware, gateways, and third parties

Compatibility depends on hardware model, software version, topology, and configuration. Payment gateways, mobile networks, internet providers, and hardware vendors are third parties and may affect availability or transaction completion.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate law, interfere with networks, access accounts or devices without permission, distribute malicious material, evade security controls, or overload the platform. We may restrict activity that threatens customers, infrastructure, or other tenants.

Availability and support

We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted operation under standard plans. Maintenance, connectivity, hardware failures, gateway outages, and events outside our control may affect availability. Enterprise support targets or service levels apply only when agreed in writing.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended for expired subscriptions, material breaches, fraud, security risk, unlawful activity, or harmful use. You may stop using the service at any time. Contact us before termination if you require an available export of business records.

Liability and changes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, B5 Internet is not responsible for indirect losses or failures caused by third-party networks, gateways, devices, or configurations outside our control. We may update these terms and will publish the current version on this page.
