Information we collect
We may collect account and contact details, business and staff information, subscription and transaction records, network identifiers, device and session information, router or access-point telemetry, support communications, and security logs needed to operate the service.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure workspaces, provide network access and payment workflows, operate subscriptions, monitor reliability, prevent misuse, provide support, improve the service, and meet legal obligations.
Business workspaces and customer data
A subscribing business controls the customer and network data it submits to its workspace. B5 Internet processes that information to provide the service. Workspace access is scoped by tenant and by assigned staff roles.
Payments and service providers
Payment transactions may be processed by the gateway selected by the business. We may also use infrastructure, communications, analytics, and support providers where needed to deliver the service. Those providers process information under their own terms and applicable agreements.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, protect the platform, and meet legal requirements. We use access controls, credential protection, tenant-scoped authorization, and operational monitoring, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may request access to or correction of account information, or ask about deletion and retention, by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained for security, financial, contractual, or legal reasons.
